Nathalie Brodard is a Swiss serial entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Brodard Executive Search and Brodiance. In 2019, she developed the concept "Hire Me I'm Fabulous" a non-profit association that helps unemployed people to get back to work. In addition to her entrepreneurial activities, Nathalie Brodard has been nominated as one of 100 who made the change in Switzerland in 2021. At this time of her life, Nathalie wants to give back to her community by creating events and activities that will empower women : The Natworld!
The Natworld is a community of women, entrepreneurs, senior professionals, the leaders of tomorrow... It’s driven by the ideas upon: support, empowerment, and progress, providing women the means to come together to create meaningful connections, find solutions to business challenges, be inspired, and build a work life aligned with their purpose.
