You will get a one to one with Nathalie Brodard at the beginning of the program to set up your goals

You’ll get daily emails with something to take away for the day

These are not big lessons - but they’re small changes you can make to your every day that will help you take the micro steps further that you need.

At the end of the program we will organise a walk of one hour and a lunch to celebrate our wins and share our experience

At the end of the 13 days a one to one with Nathalie to sum up the experience and the progress
